MylesTitle Hosts Successful Advisory Council on Commercial Real Estate Trends
BALTIMORE, MD (11.21.24) – MylesTitle, a leading national real estate title company, today
hosted its Advisory Council breakfast seminar at Hayfields Country Club in Hunt Valley,
Maryland, bringing together industry professionals to discuss critical developments in
commercial real estate. It was once again a packed house and an amazing success.
The seminar featured an amazing array of commercial real estate developers, attorneys,
bankers, brokers and other noted professionals.
Two keynote presentations addressing current market challenges and opportunities. Ryan
Bailey, Esq., General Counsel of MCB Real Estate, LLC, led a session on legal considerations in
commercial real estate joint ventures and partnerships, providing insights on risk management
and structural best practices.
Eric Balderson, Assistant Vice President of Investment Real Estate at First National Bank,
presented on “Navigating the Currents: Real Estate Lending in a Shifting Financial Landscape.”
His presentation explored sector-specific trends and strategies for managing through current
market conditions and interest rate challenges.
MylesTitle’s Managing Principal Myles L. Lichtenberg, Esq. rounded out the speakers with his
presentation of the 2024 Legislative Update.
